This new edition is all about increasing your business performance with major new functionalities and financial indicators! The latest version of the PSA Suite is completely compatible with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 On Premise & the Dynamics 365 platform.
What’s new in the Business Performance Edition?
This release of the PSA Suite offers you even more ways to have insight into your projects and most importantly your budget and revenue. Thanks to new functionality such as the PM approval and the Admin approval where the current status of your projects and related budget is now visualized, you can take action immediately if necessary! The Assistance PSA Suite for Dynamics 365 provides you with a sales module that helps you generate as well as register your leads and opportunities. Predict your performance with advanced opportunity management by generating a forecast at the opportunity level and get instant visibility on your pipeline next to your ongoing projects in the Sales Forecast module. With the PSA Suite you will have a complete overview of your expected revenues and direct visibility on the inflow and outflow of your projects.
Practice Management & Projects
Leverage best practice and get complete visibility on your actuals but also on the financial and predictive performance of your projects. All within one single solution! Predict your performance by budgeting, planning (via a Gantt chart) and forecasting your projects. The use of templates makes it child’s play. Facilitate time entry with our Timesheet available on any device. Use the timer from our mobile app, in your employee portal or directly on the project! With the PSA Suite achieve ultimate practice management within on single solution!
Planning and Utilization of your Resources
Once your project is created, you can add individual resources or resource teams to your planning. The utilization and availability sheet will give you a clear overview of all the planned resources and show you if they are over- or underutilized. You can also approve or decline requested resources on specific assignment directly from there.
Enter Time and Review your Actuals
Time entry in the PSA Suite is made quick & easy to ensure that as little time as possible is lost on admin work. You can book your time in the Timesheet, in the Portal or directly from Outlook. And with the PSA Suite Mobile app, you can even enter time on the go, from any mobile device!
With the Project Manager approval, you can edit booked time, change rates and even decide on how many hours to invoice. The interactive charts will give you a direct overview of the budget spent and invoiced amount. Finally the admin approval module will provide you with all of your resources’ time cards as well as charts and dashboards on Productivity hours, percentage of leave, sick and internal hours.
Work in progress and Revenue Recognition
In addition to generating WIP entries, the PSA Suite will also provide you with a revenue recognition module at the project level. This module will present you with the calculated and actual completion of your projects and let you recognize revenue as well as post it to a journal entry.
Full Accounting Module
Assistance Financials offers core financial accounting modules: Journal Entries, General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, P&L, Balance sheets, Cash Management and E-Banking. You want to keep working with your own accounting platform? No worries! Assistance Financials can also be used as an integration platform to other accounting or ERP platforms.
The Human Capital Management solution will help you manage your employees as well as their compensation (including expense claims), skills, work experience and appraisals.
It will also provide you with a request, approval/rejection process for your employees’ leave time. Your resources can keep track of their personal profile within the Employee portal and the match engine lets you find the perfect resource for the perfect job! Integrate it with your payroll and your website to have the ultimate HR/HCM solution.
