It is intended all key users who are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4 or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. At the end of the series and upon succeeding the certification exam, you will be a Certified Professional for Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
How to start ?
Every E-Learning module is carefully constructed and consists of 2 simple steps:
1. Watch the e-Learning Video
2. Execute the exercises defined in the Lab Document A4 or Lab Document Letter
Once you have completed the series, you will be ready to do the certification exam.
