“Don’t get left behind.....change with us.”

Now that our co-operation with Microsoft has been rewarded with “Gold Certified” status, we are busy with the next step in our Change Process. Our primary package will no longer be sold and implemented soley through us, but now also through other Microsoft partners. The integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM™ en Microsoft Dynamics AX™ gives those partners the ability to bring Assistance PSO for Microsoft Dynamics® to bear as a specialised application for the Services market.

During the Microsoft conference in Denver we used a modest approach and still got our message out to a global audience. The contacts we made and the reactions we recieved were all very promising.

The Partner Network

The network is up and running, our first Partner being Astena. Astena is fully focused on the Belgian market, particularily the Flemish region. Our co-operation works very well. As well as Astena, the biggest Microsoft Partner in Europe , Qurius has also chosen to work with Assistance. Later on, I’ll introduce Qurius to you in greater detail. These partners are only the beginning, so follow our progress and stay up-to-date on this site.

Assistance Software has become a team player. As well as Microsoft partners showing much interest in our products, we’ve also adopted the products of our Microsoft partners for you. Wordconnect is a great product that creates a sturdy bridge between Microsoft Dynamics CRM™ and Microsoft Word. Assistance Software is specialised in Service Providers and your most important asset are your employees. Workforcevision is an expanded HRM application that completes our strong product portfolio and is fully integrated with Assistance PSO for Microsoft Dynamics®.

New Version, New Functions.

Naturally, we always use Assistance PSO for our own management, and always the latest version. Assistance PSO for Microsoft Dynamics® version 2.0 is now available! If you haven’t yet changed over to version 2.0, my advice is to do it straight away. Even if you’re satisfied with your present version, make the change! Your company management will really get a new impulse, and information is quickly and easily available without complex reporting.

This improved version has several new features, including: batch invoicing, periodic invoicing , mailing lists and Project integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM™. As well as moving to 2.0, we’ve also implemented Microsoft CRM. Installing the applicationtakes half a day, but really working in this new enviroment is a different ball game. Personal attention to teams and individual employees is required, as well as usage control: people quickly return to old habits, us included.

Now everything is up and running our internal provision of information is better, enabling us to improve the quality of service to our customers. Thus, if you see a “CRM0450950 nummer” in a mail, it’s in your best interests that the mail is automatically taken up in CRM so everyone in our company knows what’s going on!

We’re on course.

All of these improvements and changes require a lot of energy and effort, not only for our management team, but also for our employees.

I have to say it’s  been worth it – we’re on course! We have a wonderful new product based fully on the newest technologies just waiting for you to implement …and it’s Microsoft Vista Ready!

Thanks to our co-operation with Microsoft, our product is not only available in The Netherlands, but is available all over the world. The adoption of standard Microsoft technology gives you the opportunity to employ the power of SharePoint technology-based Document Management, to make use of expanded CRM functionality in your organization and to implement professional financial management with Microsoft Dynamics AX™. The choice is yours, but the possibilities are there!

Now the summer’s over - we’ve used the time well to dot the i’s and cross the t’s, and we’re ready for anything. Why don’t you also opt for change?
