For larger organizations, Assistance HRM for Microsoft Dynamics is the logical addition to Assistance PSO, but HRM can also be used without Assistance PSO. And it is naturally just as easy to implement, because we offer the application as a standard package.
Assistance HRM functions as a modification of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. A single database contains all CRM and HRM data. This means you need not install any additional software.

The standard application for every organization
Because your organization is unique, all supplied entities can be custom-configured. Important standard functionalities of Assistance HRM:
- Professional registration of candidates and monitoring of the process through a specific file
- Description of your staff's skills. Linking to the required skills for new projects
- Tracking of employment histories. This includes assessments and documentation
- Registration of leave days and sick reports. Starting up workflows in accordance with the Dutch Eligibility for Permanent Disability Benefits Acts (Wet Poortwachter)
- Registration of wages and their components, as well as the use of a car, company laptops and phones
- Registration of activities like e-mails, appointments and faxes; easy tracking through seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook
